Donations
The Avataq Cultural Institute possesses major archival holdings and one of the largest collections of works produced by Inuit artists from Nunavik. These and other collections of cultural items, artifacts, and original documentary records have principally been acquired from public and private donors.Donations to the Avataq Cultural Institute are used to fund cultural programs for the communities of Nunavik. In this manner, all donations contribute to the preservation and protection of the culture of Nunavik Inuit, not to mention its growth and development, for the benefit of present and future generations.
Each and every donation is greatly appreciated and recognized with an official receipt for income tax purposes.
