A Nunavik archaeology event will be recorded by TNI radio Wednesday October 3rd 2007. This radio show will be about the Avataq’s public service announcement that was aired all summer in Nunavik. The publicity takes the form of a dialogue between two women, Elisapi and Martha, discussing how they should behave regarding the finding of artefacts. Tommy Weetaluktuk, Avataq archaeologist, will explain the aim of this message and answer peoples questions. This recording will be broadcast during the week of the 24th October. We encourage you to participate in this event!
