« Le Rythme » is a televised musical adventure in which 8 young natives are encouraged to develop their artistic talent together, in order to prepare them for the world of the music industry. The show is animated by Samian, an Algonquin rapper, known primarily for his association with Wapigoni and his participation in numerous documentaries and various projects. He also holds the role of mentor with the group. « Le Rythme » Season 2 was filmed this Fall, in the Montreal region. Nicolas Pirti-Duplessis, research agent for Nunatop project, missed 2 months of work to take part in this adventure. Throughout the show, the group participated in workshops in order to perfect their musical skills. They also met many public figures and were invited to compose completely new songs, both individually and in a group. Sunday, December 7th, 2014, for the last episode of the series, the group presented their first show together. Family, friends and colleagues were invited. Joyful, passionate and dynamic, the group gave a stellar performance. Total success. The series, produced by Trinôme Adario, will be aired on APTN in Fall 2015.
